Claremont-Elmwood Neighborhood Association (CENA)

East Bay Bicycle Coalition (EBBC)

yellowlogoFounded in 1972, East Bay Bicycle Coalition (EBBC) is dedicated to promoting bicycling as an everyday means of transportation and recreation.

Friends of Rockridge-Temescal Greenbelt (FROG)

image002The Greenbelt was created in 2001.  More than 1,600 volunteer members planned and physically built the children play structures. FROG oversees the continued development and maintenance of this community treasure, built along Hwy. 24.

North Hills Phoenix Association (NHPA)

small_color_logoThe North Hills Phoenix Association is a nonprofit organization formed by the homeowners north of Highway 24 and east of Highway 13. This area includes about 1500 homes, some of which are also represented by smaller neighborhood groups.

Parkwoods Community Association

parkwoods_75Parkwoods is located adjacent to Hwy. 24, at the northernmost Caldecott Tunnel bore. The homeowners association represents this dynamic, affordable community.

Rockridge Community Planning Council (RCPC)

rockridgelogo2The RCPC represents Rockridge in areas of land use and design review, pedestrian safety and traffic, parks and open space, community schools and public safety. The RCPC includes over 5000 residences.
