One provision of the Oakland settlement agreement was a noise study (known as a pre-NBSSR study) along the Hwy. 24 corridor between Hwy. 13 and I-580. Wilson-Ihrig conducted the measurements and prepared this report.

Schools get $3 million for air pollution, noise mitigation from State Legislature
